We're Here for You
When your appointment is scheduled, we provide you with an appointment slip detailing the date and time of your appointment. In addition, we will contact you the day before your appointment, using our TeleVox appointment reminder system. If you are not available, a message will be left (if possible) that reminds you of the date and time of your appointment.
Orthodontic Specialists PA believes that it is the patients' responsibility to fulfill appointment obligations. We confirm appointments as a courtesy to our patients. If an appointment change is needed, we request a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
Missed and failed appointments are costly not only to our practice but, ultimately, to our patients. When an appointment is missed, it must be rescheduled. This provides less scheduling options for all of our patients and ultimately delays treatment on the patient being rescheduled.
